By accessing our site and purchasing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2.2 Digital Resources: E-books, templates, and online modules designed to support budget planning.

2.3 Physical Items: Printed materials and tools for in-person workshops.

3. Fees and Payment

All prices are listed in CHF. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Advisory Sessions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days. Sessions may be rescheduled once without additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Preparatory work already completed by our team within 48 hours of the session makes the session non-refundable.

4.2 Digital Resources

Due to the immediate availability of digital materials, purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy is necessary to protect the integrity of our content. Customers who encounter technical issues may request replacement access.

4.3 Physical Items

Items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Shipping charges for sending back are borne by the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, we process the refund via the original payment method within 30 days. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact customer support to arrange a replacement.

5. Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offering at our discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified and may choose between a full refund or credit toward another service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our offerings is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
